இன அடையாள அழிப்பு என்ற கோணத்தில் ஐ.நா. மன்றத்தில் தமிழ் மொழிக்கு தொடர்ந்து பங்களித்து வரும் வள்ளுவர் வள்ளலார் வட்டம் நிறுவனர் திரு.இங்கர்சால் முறையீடு செய்துள்ளார். அவரின் கருத்தை கீழே பகிர்ந்துள்ளோம்.
உலகில் பல்வேறு இனங்கள் அந்தந்த நாடுகளின் சில இனங்களின் ஆதிக்கத்தினால் தனது சுய அடையாளத்தை சில நூற்றாண்டுகளாக இழந்து வருகிறது.
இந்திய ஒன்றியத்தில் வாழும் தமிழர்கள் இந்தியர் என்ற அடையாளத்தால் அமுக்கப்படுவதும். இலங்கை தீவில் இலங்கையர் என்ற அடையாளத்தால் அமுக்கப்படுவதும் நடைமுறையில் பெரும் துயராக இருக்கிறது.
சொந்த நாடுகளில் வாழ்பவர்களுக்கு இந்த சிக்கல் என்றால் ஏதிலிகளாக குடியேறிகளாக பிறநாடுகளில் வாழ்பவர்களின் நிலைமை அதைவிட பல மடங்கு கீழ்மையாக இருக்கிறது.
இவ்வாறான அழித்தல்கள், ஒற்றை நாடு ஒற்றை அடையாளம் என்ற கோட்பாட்டின் அடிப்படையில் அரங்கேறி வருகிறது. இவைகளை இந்தப் பெரும் மன்றம் முடிவுக்கு கொண்டுவர அனைத்து டிஜிட்டல் பதிவேட்டிலும் அவரவர் சுய அடையாளங்களை முழுமையாக பதிய வழிவகை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
நாட்டு மக்களின் கணக்கெடுப்பு, பெரும் மத மக்களின் கணக்கெடுப்பு போன்றவற்றிற்கு கொடுக்கும் முக்கியத்துவம் இன அடையாளத்திற்கும் கொடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். உலக மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பில் அவரவர் தாய்மொழி இன அடையாளம் மத அடையாளம் போன்றவை அவரவர் விருப்பத்திற்கு ஏற்ப பூர்த்தி செய்ய வழிவகை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
பல நேரங்களில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பட்டியலில் ஏதோ ஒன்றை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க அழுத்த்தபடுகிறார்கள். மற்றவை என்ற ஒரு பிரிவு உலகெங்கும் இருப்பதில்லை சில இடங்களில் இருக்கிறது அதில் பதியப்படும் தரவுகள் வெளி உலகுக்கு அறியப்படாமல் மறைக்கப்பட்டு விடுகிறது. மற்றவை என்பது அனைத்திலும் கட்டாயம் இருக்கவேண்டும் அவற்றில் பதியப்படும் தரவுகள் அரசுகளால் அங்கீகரித்து ஏற்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
இவ்வாறான கணக்கெடுப்புகள் அந்தந்த இனங்களின் வாக்குரிமையின் பலத்தை பொது உலகிற்கு புரியவைக்கும். தாய் மொழி கல்வி போன்றவை உலக அரங்கில் எழுச்சி பெற இவ்வாறான புள்ளி விவரங்கள் அடித்தளமாக அமையும்.
இது, அழுத்தத்திற்கு உட்பட்டு இருக்கும் உலகில் உள்ள அனைத்து இனங்களுக்கும் பொதுவான கோரிக்கை.
ஐ நா பெருமன்றம் ஏற்கும் என்று நம்புகிறோம்.

Ethnocide
Ethnocide is the destruction of culture and identity while keeping the people.
The various races in the world have been losing their self-identity for centuries due to the dominance of the politically stronger races of their respective countries.
Tamils living in the Indian Union are being oppressed by their identity as Indians.
Whereas Tamils in Srilanka are being oppressed by their identity as Srilankans.
If this is a problem for those who live in their own country, then the situation for those who live out of the countries as refugees immigrants are even worse.
Such annihilations are being staged on the principle of a single nation, a single identity.
To end this, this great un forum will have to make it possible to fully record every individual’s identity in all digital registers.
In the registry of the world census, everyone should have the right to register their mother tongue, ethnic identity, and religious identity as per their wish. The same importance should be given to ethnic identity as to the census of nationality and religious population.
A Lot of the time, individuals are obligated to select something from the given list. Category others don’t exist in some parts of the world. Some have categories OTHERS, but the data stored in them are hidden to the outside world. Category others should be made mandatory and the data stored in them must be approved by the respective government.
Such surveys and statistics will make the general public understand the power and importance of every ethnicity vote.
This request is common to all suppressed ethnicity of the world. This will be the foundation for the rise of our uniqueness in the world. We are all unique and different, with our own identities.
